We use Avery and 3M cast and polymeric vinyls. Cast vinyl conforms to rivets and curves without shrinking — essential for long-term vehicle graphics. All vinyls are rated for 5-7 years outdoor use with excellent colour stability.
For commercial vehicles, we offer engineer-grade reflective vinyl (ORAAL 5400) for chevrons, hazard markings, and fleet identification. Reflective graphics improve night-time visibility and meet Chapter 8 road safety requirements.
Vehicle magnetics use 0.85mm magnetic sheeting with laminated vinyl print. Strong enough to stay on at motorway speeds. We always round corners to prevent lift-off and edge-seal all magnetics.
All vehicles are cleaned and degreased before application. We use isopropyl alcohol and specified cleaners to ensure maximum adhesion. Graphics are applied dry or wet depending on the vinyl type and panel size.
