What Is CNC Routing?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routing uses a computer-controlled cutting machine to shape materials with pinpoint accuracy. Unlike manual cutting, CNC routing produces identical results every time — perfect for repeatability, complex shapes, and large production runs.

At DE Signs North East, we use our Synergy FS105 CNC router with a vacuum bed to cut and shape a wide range of materials for signs, displays, and custom components. Everything is done in-house at our Gateshead workshop — no outsourcing, no delays.
