The router is the backbone of most of what we make: individual characters precision-cut for shop fronts and reception walls; acrylic letters and built-up letters; folded composite trays for exterior fascia signs; shaped panels with routed text, arrows and cut-outs for wayfinding and directional schemes; and custom-cut displays for exhibitions and retail fit-outs. Any shape, any size, with tool paths optimised for the material.
Because the machine is in-house, artwork can be tested on scrap before a job is committed, one-off shapes cost the same per part as the hundredth, and replacement components years later match the original exactly. We help with artwork preparation, layouts and material selection as part of the service.
